The Steeplechase at Callaway Gardens, known as the “event of the season” and always falling on the first Saturday in November, brings family and friends together to watch thoroughbred horses race over timber and brush hurdles. The day includes a variety of entertainment for all ages. All proceeds benefit the arts organizations in the Columbus area.

I had the pleasure of eating here last weekend for a friend's birthday dinner. The food and service were wonderful. The servers graciously hosted our party of 25 without skipping a beat. I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The portions were just right and the flavor was to die for. We will definitely be back!
